Core Services Group is seeking a Mid-Level Training System Integration professional to support the integration and operation of advanced naval training systems for warfare area instruction. Provide technical expertise on computer-based trainers and simulators while supporting Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Anti-Submarine Warfare, and Surface Warfare training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate and maintain Advanced Training Domain systems for naval warfare instruction
• Operate and support Navy computer-based trainers and simulators for multiple warfare areas
• Provide technical expertise on Multi-Mission Team Trainer, SQQ-89 Advanced Capability Build trainers, and Combined Integrated Air and Missile Defense/Anti-Submarine Warfare Trainer systems
• Manage database operations and data entry for training system integration
• Support training system configuration and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with instructors and Subject Matter Experts on training system optimization
• Create technical documentation and reports using Microsoft Office applications
Required Qualifications
• Current SECRET Security Clearance
• 2+ years of experience with Advanced Training Domain
• 3+ years of experience working with Navy computer-based trainers or simulators supporting Integrated Air and Missile Defense/Anti-Submarine Warfare/Surface Warfare areas
• 3+ years proficiency with Multi-Mission Team Trainer, SQQ-89 Advanced Capability Build trainers, or Combined Integrated Air and Missile Defense/Anti-Submarine Warfare Trainer
• 3+ years proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (database management and entry)
