Core Services Group is seeking a Junior-Level Capability, Assessment, Experimentation, and Future Requirements Analyst to support naval capability assessments and future requirements analysis while contributing to experimentation initiatives. Develop technical documentation and provide analytical support for surface warfare systems and operational planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct capability assessments and gap analyses for naval warfare systems
• Develop technical white papers, issue papers, and Concept of Operations documents
• Support experimentation planning and future requirements development initiatives
• Create Concept of Employment documentation and similar strategic documents
• Collaborate with staff and fleet operations on planning procedures
• Provide analytical support for capability development and assessment projects
• Assist in developing recommendations for operational improvements

Required Qualifications:
• Current SECRET Security Clearance
• Minimum 5 years military experience (qualified Surface Warfare Officer preferred)
• 3+ years proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, including white papers, issue papers, Concept of Operations, Concept of Employment, or similar documents
• Experience with Staff or Fleet operations and planning procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
• Weapons Tactics Instructor qualification (Anti-Air Warfare, Anti-Submarine Warfare/Surface Warfare, or Integrated Air and Missile Defense)
• Aviation Officer qualification acceptable

This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
