About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Base Manager to join Core Services Group in Norfolk, VA. As a leader in our industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about data management and eager to contribute to our team.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement database systems and processes
Monitor database performance and ensure data security
Develop and maintain data standards and procedures
Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize database usage
Troubleshoot database issues and provide technical support

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience as a Database Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of database design and management systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Security Clearance:

Minimum of Secret
