About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Naval Ordnance Aviation Warfare Systems T&E Specialist to join our team at Core Services Group. As a leader in defense technology, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about advancing military capabilities and ensuring the success of our nation's armed forces.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on weapons and combat systems
  • Analyze and evaluate existing systems for performance and efficiency
  • Develop and implement new technologies to enhance combat capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems into military platforms
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in weapons technology

  • Close-in Weapon System
  • Ford class Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile
  • Rolling Airframe Missile
  • MK-38 25 mm Machine Gun System
  • Ship’s Self-Defense System
  •  Global Command and Control System
- Ford class CS Integration
- Ford class Ship’s Self Defense System (Baseline 10 and Baseline 12)
- CS Command and Control (C2)
- Ford class Combat System integration on the AW Enterprise Self-Defense Test Ship, Ex-USS PAUL FOSTER
  • PRA Testbed
  • Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection
  • Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation Personnel     
Requirements:
  • Experience in weapons system development and integration
  • Strong understanding of military specifications and standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
